Early Adopter Offer Terms

These are the terms of the ACTS Early Adopter Offer. They are summarized on the offer page and repeated in the written reservation agreement.

Availability and exclusivity

  • The ACTS Exclusive Limited Bundle Offer is an invitation to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers that want to be among the first facilities in the country to run ACTS. Participating facilities join the early adopter group, with a direct line to our team. Orders are confirmed in writing, in the order that signed reservation agreements and payments are received.
  • Offer expires December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
  • This is a limited-time early adopter offer. Bezalel may or may not offer similar terms in the future, and there is no assurance that it will.

Your $4,000 advance payment and what it covers

  • You make one $4,000 advance payment for $5,000 of ACTS value — 20% off standard pricing. Your $4,000 is applied in full to your ACTS early adopter order. It is not an extra fee.
  • Your order includes a 12-month ACTS inflator subscription (standard price $3,500) plus $1,500 of prepaid cuffs — single-use, reusable, or any mix, up to 17 single-use or 6 reusable cuffs. Prepaid cuffs apply to cuffs ordered during the subscription term; treatment of any unused prepaid cuff balance is set in your reservation agreement.
  • Monthly inflator exchange and full warranty are included, as standard. Cuffs ordered beyond the prepaid $1,500 are billed at standard volume pricing.
  • Subscription renewals after the initial term are at the standard price of $3,500 per inflator per year.
  • The $1,000 early adopter reduction is a price discount on ACTS and is shown on your invoice. It is not payment for, and does not depend on, any referral, recommendation, endorsement, testimonial, or other business, and no facility is required to provide any of these. Facilities are responsible for reporting discounts as required by law.

Refunds, cancellation, and your Lock-In Date

  • You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of your $4,000 until your Lock-In Date.
  • Your Lock-In Date is the date stated in a written Lock-In Notice from Bezalel, sent to you at least 10 days before that date. We will send the notice only after we have the funds on hand to pay the 2027 FDA establishment registration fee. Each reservation holder receives their own notice. After your Lock-In Date, your $4,000 stays applied to your order and cannot be cancelled for a refund, except for failure to complete registration, failure to ship your order, or cancellation following our notice of a shipping delay, as described in these Terms.
  • Even after your Lock-In Date, your $4,000 is refunded in full if Bezalel does not complete its 2027 FDA establishment registration or your order otherwise does not ship.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days of your cancellation or of our notice that your order will not ship.

Registration and shipping

  • Bezalel Innovations' FDA establishment registration is current through December 31, 2026. ACTS will not ship in 2027 until Bezalel has completed its 2027 annual FDA establishment registration. We will not ask you to lock in your reservation until we have the funds to complete that registration.
  • No ship date is guaranteed. Your reservation agreement states an estimated ship date. If we expect to miss it, we will tell you in writing and you may cancel for a full refund, even after your Lock-In Date.

Delivered products and unused items

  • Once your order has been delivered, tourniquets and cuffs cannot be returned or refunded merely because they are unused, no longer wanted, or your facility chooses not to use them.
  • This restriction does not change the pre-shipping refund protections above, the full warranty and standard monthly inflator exchange, or any rights required by law.

Your payment is fully refundable until your Lock-In Date, as stated in the Terms. Bezalel Innovations is an FDA-registered company (establishment registration current through December 31, 2026). FDA registration does not denote FDA approval or clearance of the company or the device. ACTS is a Class I, 510(k)-exempt device. ACTS will not ship in 2027 until Bezalel’s 2027 annual establishment registration is complete; if it is not, or if your order otherwise does not ship, your payment is refunded in full. Price, setup-time, and cuff-size statements reflect Bezalel’s own information and use to date; your facility’s results may differ.
