Mission & vision
We believe our work is part of something bigger than the devices we build. We are dedicated to bringing inspired, thoughtful innovation to the medical communities we serve — creating technology with encouragement, excellence, and integrity. We also invest in the next generation of leaders and give back generously to our local community, especially in Shasta County.
We exist to create medical devices that carry hope into operating rooms and hospitals around the world — tools that support healing, restore confidence, and serve both patients and caregivers. We are working toward a future where technical excellence and deep compassion are the standard in every room we touch.

We begin with gratitude. Every good thing we build starts from the belief that goodness is worth reflecting in our work, our relationships, and our care for patients.

Community & leaders
Our commitment to Shasta County goes far beyond our headquarters. We volunteer at the Good News Rescue Mission in Redding, California, and the Women and Children’s Teen Challenge Center in Anderson, California. We mentor high school STEM students at Shasta High School , and we host both high school and college interns.
The goal with every student is not simply output — it is leadership. We invest in young people because we believe the best way to serve the future is to help build the people who will shape it.
