Internships for high school and college students, open year-round — summer or during the academic year. On-site in Redding or fully remote. We're more interested in building big people than a big company.
Who this is for
This program is built for high school and college students. Shasta County students are our core focus — this is our home, and investing here matters to us — but eligibility isn't limited by where you live. If you're outside the area, you're genuinely welcome to apply; much of the work can be done remotely.
Internships run during the summer and through the academic year. There's no rigid block of weeks to squeeze into — we'll work out timing and hours that fit your school schedule.
You don't need a résumé full of experience. Bring curiosity, follow-through, and a willingness to be taught.
Why we do this
Bezalel Innovations is a faith-first medical device company named after the biblical craftsman Bezalel, who was filled with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to build. That's the standard we hold ourselves to: skill in the hands, wisdom in the heart.
This internship is an extension of that mission. We build technology that serves people — and we build people who lead.
The leadership thread
Whatever track you choose, you're mentored by experienced professionals who are invested in you — not just in the output. Leadership development isn't a bonus session tacked onto the end; it's woven through the way we work together every week.

Internship tracks
You'll work alongside experienced, knowledgeable engineers on real medical device projects — the same work that ships to operating rooms. The projects change often, so instead of a fixed checklist you get genuine exposure to how devices get designed, tested, and refined, with a seasoned engineer walking beside you.
Best for students curious about engineering, design, or medicine — no prior experience required.
You'll work alongside our marketing and creative team on real outreach for the company. What we're building shifts week to week, so you'll learn by doing — shaping how a mission-driven company tells its story, with experienced marketers coaching you through the craft.
Best for students drawn to writing, design, video, or brand storytelling.
