Isaac brings extensive experience in business development, marketing, and leadership, guided by strong values of integrity and service as the Chief Sales Officer of Bezalel Innovations. With a background spanning creative strategy and recruitment analysis, Isaac leads the sales team with a focus on aligning innovative medical solutions with the company’s mission to improve healthcare globally. His diverse experience, from managing teams to developing public relations campaigns, has honed his ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Forrest brings a wealth of experience from over 16 years in the public sector as Bezalel Innovations Government Affairs Specialist. His extensive background in logistics management within city, and county organizations gives Forrest unique insights into the needs and challenges of public operations. His expertise in governmental regulatory compliance, resource management, ensures that Bezalel Innovation’s medical technology solutions align with government stakeholders, public sector standards and policies. Forrest is a leader driven by integrity and community service. Forrest is dedicated to fostering partnerships that enhance healthcare delivery. Rainer brings a diverse skill set to Bezalel Innovations, combining experience in healthcare sales, customer service, and pastoral leadership as the Sales Development Director. His core values of integrity and hard work have enabled him to drive consistent growth and high execution across various roles. Rainer has a passion for developing others, honed through overseeing a revival group of 70-100 ministry students each semester. With his ability to build strong relationships and solve critical issues, he aims to further Bezalel’s mission of innovative medical solutions delivered with compassionate care. Beyond his professional role, Rainer is deeply committed to his family and enjoys cooking and traveling. Rainer and his wife are the proud parents of six children, embodying their commitment to family values both in their personal lives and ministry work.

Kaitlyn Peña, our Marketing Associate at Bezalel Innovations, is a true visionary with an ingenious creative mind and the heart of a mighty lion—despite being our smallest team member in stature, her passion, talent, and impact tower over everything she touches. A sweet, funny powerhouse who does the best impersonations (seriously, they’ll have you in stitches!), Kaitlyn brings boundless energy to our brand, turning ideas into captivating stories that inspire and connect.
She expertly manages our social media accounts, spearheads marketing campaigns, and diligently monitors analytics to keep our efforts focused, data-driven, and perfectly aligned with our mission of innovative medical solutions. Kristina “Tina” Zunino, our Chief Engineer at Bezalel Innovations, is an extraordinarily talented electromechanical engineer and passionate lifelong learner who brings joy in empowering teams to turn bold ideas into reality through technical brilliance and human-centered leadership.
She earned her BS in Electromechanical Engineering (minor in Manufacturing) from Wentworth Institute of Technology securing the President’s Award and also attended ministry school. Her career shines with innovation: designing biogas conditioning systems; leading full-cycle electrical design for unmanned aircraft at AeroVironment and delivering major savings plus robotics automation. Certified in Advanced Altium Designer and EPTAC hand soldering, Tina masters multidisciplinary challenges, bridging electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing realms to deliver flawless products from concept to production.
At Bezalel, Tina drives engineering excellence while fostering collaboration and purpose. She’s actively involved in our faith-based outreach with the Good News Rescue Mission, Woman’s and Children’s Teen Challenge Center, and STEM mentoring—uplifting Shasta County and inspiring future innovators. David Pudwill, Chief Regulatory Officer at Bezalel Innovations, brings nearly 20 years of expertise in medical device and combination product regulations. His career includes roles at the U.S. FDA and leadership positions in regulatory strategy at major companies. Passionate about innovation, he advises startups, teaches at universities, and co-founded Dreams For Our Children, a nonprofit equipping youth with skills and moral character to serve in public agencies.
